Baking marathon

As I usually have to work far more hours in December, we decided some years ago, to do our biscuit baking during the autumn holidays. That way we are relaxed and have time to try out new recipes. Last year we tried many chocolate cookies, today we used all kinds of nuts. Those recipes we like best are made regulary again. 
Our biscuit tins are now filled with 8 different biscuits - the chocolate cookies still have to wait.

 Hazlenut and Muelsi biscuits
 Peanutbutter cookies with Sesame - one of our alltime favorites. They just melt in your mouth.
 Walnut biscuits

 Coconut macaroons
