Exactly one year ago we were celebrating St. Patrick's Day in Mitchelstown, enjoying the town's parade and Guinness in Walsh's Bar.
This year we worked all day, but our "Ireland" daughter came home to cook a real Irish meal
Lasagne with chips
and Banoffee Pie which both remind her of her 7 months in Ireland.
Of course we also had Guinness
and some wee drops of Whiskey and Moonshiner - our souvenirs from Eire.
